Climate Action Center of Excellence
The Climate Action Center of Excellence (CACE) is a global hub dedicated to accelerating climate action through innovative solutions, strategic partnerships, and policy support. Launched by the Gulf Organisation for Research and Development (GORD), CACE works with governments, businesses, and institutions to implement high-impact climate initiatives, including Article 6 frameworks, ITMO auctions, and capacity-building programs.

Join CACE Today
Whether you’re a business, government or a forward-thinking entity, CACE invites you to join us in advancing the goals of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. Collaborate with us to foster a sustainable and low-carbon future. Together, we can drive positive change, meet climate targets, and contribute to a more resilient global climate landscape.
CACE has developed a free five-part training series that demystifies Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and its role in advancing global climate cooperation. Designed for government officials, project developers, investors, researchers, and civil society, the series provides clear, practical guidance on how Article 6 works in practice.
From an introductory overview of international carbon markets to detailed modules on regulatory frameworks, institutional responsibilities, activity cycles, and the operational procedures of both Article 6.2 and 6.4, these videos build the knowledge and confidence needed to actively participate in climate mitigation efforts. With real-world examples and step-by-step explanations, the CACE Training Series equips stakeholders to make informed decisions, ensure environmental integrity, and strengthen international collaboration.
All modules are available free of charge via the GORD Academy.
